These chalets are in the pleasant landscaped site of Sussex
Beach. The unspoiled pebble/wet sand beach in only 3 minutes
walk from the beach gate.
The cost of having a chalet here reflects the quality of the
area. The annual maintenance, ground rent to Sussex Beach about
£3,443 in January 2008.
The council community charge at present allows 10% discount
on a second home and you can apply for a refund for the closed
period.
The site is open from the 1st March until the 31 October each
year. You are allowed to rent these chalets out for holiday
purpose only either privately or through an approved agent such
as Windrush Holidays.
Maximum persons in or around a 1 bedroom is 4 and a 2 bedroom
is 6. If you would like to have details of any of these please
