These chalets are in the pleasant landscaped site of Sussex
Beach. The
unspoiled pebble/wet sand beach in only 3 minutes walk from
the beach gate.
The cost of having a chalet here reflects the quality of the
area. The annual maintenance,
ground rent to Sussex Beach will be about £4,342 in January
2012.
The council community charge at present allows 10% discount
on a second home and you can apply for a refund for the closed
period.
 The
site is open from the 1st March until the 31st October. You
are allowed to rent these chalets out for holiday purpose only;
either privately or through a site approved agent such as Windrush
Holidays.
Maximum persons in or around a 1 bedroom is 4 and a 2 bedroom
is 6. If you would like to have details of any of these please
