Three, newly-built adjoining cottages located just 200 metres from the shores of Bosham creek on the Chichester Harbour.

There are two, two bedroom and one, one bedroom cottages, accommodating four and two people respectively.

Each has been fully furnished to a high standard and is comprehensively equipped with leather sofas, flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi.

The kitchens are fitted with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The bedrooms have ample storage and a digital clock-radio-cd player.

The bathrooms are fully fitted and have a mains pressure shower above the bath.

In the rear landscaped garden, each cottage has a patio sitting area with access to the communal BBQ and pergola covered dining area and a summer house with adjoining drying room.

To have respect for other visitors, these cottages have been designated non-smoking and we regret that we do not take pets.
