The caravan is situated on a pleasant site with clubhouse and
café. The site is within walking distance of the sea.
There are the usual facilities and equipment in the caravan.
Lounge: Television, gas fire and plenty of seating; includes
a fold out double bed. Kitchen: with gas cooker and hob, fridge
and cooking equipment. 2 bedrooms: 1 Double room with dressing
table and mirror and a twin room with cupboard space. Fully
plumbed shower, wash basin etc.
It is on a site with a bus stop just outside that goes to Chichester
or the Witterings every 15 minutes.
Over 21 years or in a family group. No smoking.
